Job Description

• Handle credit and debit card production & distribution.
• Attend to all card, mobile banking and online banking related issues
• Handle I-banking enquiries
• Settle bill payment transactions

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure cards requested for are processed, produced and dispatched within TAT.
• Ensure there is no leakage due to failure to charge customers for card production.
• Ensure no customer’s account is thrown into unauthorized debit due to card chard.
• Monitor and ensure online banking and mobile banking transactions are processed promptly.
• Settle transactions done via the online banking and mobile banking platform daily.
• Ensure Bill payment suspense does not over age.
• Track acknowledgement from branches for cards dispatched.
• Ensure that Visa alert mails are disseminated same day.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc from any recognized University with a minimum of a second class lower degree
• A good knowledge of the bank’s products, services and policies.
• Good service skills/etiquette/personal presentation
• Good knowledge of bank cash related policies
